New Ramesh Industries, a partnership firm, was established by Mr. Bhikhabhai J. Ambalia.He started with One Lathe Machine and Drill Machine for Cylinder head and block.
Second new unit called Nasit Industries was set up to manufacture Diesel Engine Spare Head.
A well-equipped foundry unit was set up in the name of Ramesh casting co. (Rented) which was manufacturing cylinder head & block and cylinder piston.
Expanded the Industry. Purchased area of 2950 Sq Mts.
New Ramesh Industries, a foundry unit wholly owned, was set up at GIDC. 400 sq. mt. land was bought in 1982 to manufacture Gear & gear cover and machine tools casting.
Development of machining facility occurred and then became supplier of fully machined component
The future was established – another new unit was set up at GIDC, with the brand name ‘Mahadev Manufacturers’ – A Foundry Unit
